LYNDA MASDOUA has been active in Luxembourg since 2014 where she has worked in reputable firms within teams dedicated to banking & finance.

She joined Philippe & Partners in 2018.

She is specialized in banking and financial law, and has a particular appetence for the regulatory aspects : MIFIR – MIFID I/II; Financial Sector Law in 1993; Banking Union; Bank Restructuring; AML-FT ; PSD I/II; Market Abuse; Prospectus; Securitization; Financial collateral arrangements; Financial Garantees; Crypto-assets,…
In particular, she took an active part in the implementation of cross-border bank mergers, which have become more complex with the Banking Union.

At Philippe & Partners, she is involved in various and complex litigation cases at all stages of the procedure.

The cases she advises are varied – ranging from contractual negotiations to the drafting of memoranda – and mainly cover insurance law, company law, commercial law, banking law and contract law.

She holds a Master 2 in Banking and Stock Exchange Law from the University Le Mans-Laval (2009) and a Master 2 in Mergers and Acquisitions Law from the University Paris-Saclay (2008).

She is a member of the Luxembourg bar since 2018 (“List II”)
