luLex: Administrative cooperation in tax matters – Implementation of the EU Directive 2011/16/EU

In our Newsletter 2011/01 we informed on the EU Directive proposal on administrative cooperation in tax matters. This Directive was adopted on February 15th 2011 (2011/16/EU).

On July 21st 2012 the Luxembourg Government filed with Parliament the law proposal n°6455 implementing the EU Directive in Luxembourg national law. The Conseil d’Etat issued its analysis on December 21st 2012.

The law proposal was adopted by Parliament on February 26th. We will report further on this topic in a later newsletter.”
