Mergers and acquisitions (M&A) remain one of the most effective strategies for companies seeking growth, market expansion, or business consolidation. However, the legal, regulatory and transactional frameworks governing these operations can vary significantly from one jurisdiction to another.
During this session, experts from Ceca Magán and Philippe and Partners will provide a comparative overview of M&A processes in Spain, Belgium and Luxembourg, highlighting the key similarities and differences that businesses, investors and executives should consider when planning cross-border transactions.
This session is designed for business leaders, entrepreneurs, investors and professionals interested in gaining a better understanding of the M&A landscape in these three strategic European markets and identifying opportunities for successful cross-border growth.
The speakers from Ceca Magán Abogados will be José María Pastrana, Partner, together with Ione Ferreño and Mar Sanz, both lawyers specialising in corporate and commercial law.
